Despite this, Totti remained relevant in the world of football well into the age of Messi and Ronaldo and only retired a couple of years ago.Well known as ‘L’ottavo Re Di Roma’, the eight King of Rome, Totti was true to the name. In a career that spanned over 25 years, he only ever had played for one club.
