DIY Wedding Budget - how much did it cost / where could I have saved money?

Hi friends! A bunch of you have asked for my DIY wedding budget and here it is! In the end we were down about $4k (after gifts) but from an actual wedding budget perspective, we actually spent a little over 20k. Don't get me wrong... I find this to be a CRAZY amount to spend, and there are a couple areas I could have saved (in hindsight).
